Vance is committed to delivering fast and reliable transfer services to our UK-based customers. This campaign guarantees a 2-hour transfer completion time for eligible transfers from the UK to India, with a reward for any delays. These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the Vance Bold Campaign ("Campaign") being conducted by Vance for its users in the UK. By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

  1. Eligibility:

  1. The following users shall be referred to as “Eligible Users” for the purposes of this Campaign:

  • The Campaign is open to users who are registered on the Vance App in the UK, both new users and existing users.

  • Employees of Vance and their immediate family members, as well as any of Vance's partners or suppliers, are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

  1. All Eligible Users shall receive an explicit communication via email to confirm their eligibility for the Campaign.

  1. Campaign Period 13th November 2024 to 30th November 2024.

  1. Eligible Transactions:

  1. To qualify, the Eligible Users must complete a transaction through the Vance app from UK to India (“Eligible Transaction”).

  1. The transfer amount must be greater than 100 GBP but not exceed 500,000 INR to qualify as an Eligible Transaction.

  1. This Campaign reward applies to only one Eligible Transaction per Eligible User throughout the campaign period.

  1. Eligible Users can have only one Eligible Transaction per day during the campaign period, which will be the first transaction of the day. Having more than one transaction on any given day will disqualify the user from receiving the reward.

  1. Users who have completed more than three eligible transactions in the campaign month (November 2024) will be disqualified from receiving rewards.

  1. Rewards Structure:

  1. Rewards for existing Eligible Users:

  • All existing Eligible Users who initiate an Eligible Transaction and where such Eligible Transaction is not completed within 2 (two) hours, will receive an assured reward of GBP 50 (Great Britain Pound Fifty) (“Reward”).

  • The reward will be credited to the Eligible User's Vance account after the end of the campaign period upon successful verification of the Eligible Transaction.

  • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

  1. Exclusions and Limitations:

  1. Transfers Requiring Additional Verification: Transfers that require additional verification or a request for information (RFI) from the Eligible User may not be eligible for the 2-hour guarantee.

  1. Regulatory or Compliance Holds: Any transaction flagged for regulatory checks or compliance holds, either by Vance or third-party institutions, will not qualify for the Reward.

  1. Beneficiary Bank Delays: Transactions for which funds have been sent to the beneficiary bank, but the bank has not provided confirmation, will not be eligible for the Reward. This includes cases where delays occur due to internal processing times of the beneficiary bank.

  1. External Dependency Issues: Vance shall not be liable for delays caused by external partners, including intermediary banks, third-party payment providers, or system outages at partner institutions

  1. System Overload: In case of a surge in transfers due to the Campaign, delays caused by system overload may be considered an external factor, and Vance reserves the right to review the Reward eligibility.

  1. Incorrect Reward Distribution: If any errors occur in Reward distribution, Vance will rectify them within a reasonable time frame after verification.

  1. Regulatory Compliance: The Campaign is designed to comply with UK financial regulations and advertising standards. Any unintended compliance issues will be addressed promptly to maintain full compliance.

  1. General Conditions:

  1. Vance reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Users who is found to be in violation of these T&Cs or who manipulates the Campaign in any way. Any attempt to exploit the Reward system by creating fake delays, multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the Campaign and potential account suspension.

  1. Vance reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

  1. The Eligible Users agree and acknowledge that the Campaign may be affected by external factors which are reasonably outside the control of Vance including but not limited to bank holidays, international sanctions, technical issues within third-party banks or partners or other events outside Vance’s direct control.

  1. Vance shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including, but not limited to, any technical failures or fraudulent activities by Eligible Users.

  1. The Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the UK.

  1. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Users voluntarily release Vance and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or misuse of Rewards or refunds received pursuant to the Campaign. This includes liability stemming from the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Campaign, even if Vance is negligent. Participants also agree to indemnify and defend Vance from any claims arising from their breach of these T&Cs or the provision of their personal details. Vance is not liable for any technical issues, such as hardware or software errors, network problems, or data transmission issues, that may affect the operation or disbursal of Rewards/refund.

  1. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Users agree to the terms and conditions outlined here. Vance is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from participation in the campaign outside of the Reward or refund for new users as described above.

  1. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the provisions of the terms of Vance Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall apply to all Participants.
